Culminating Experience Project Funding
With the support of The Louise Rapf Memorial Fund Senior Majors and Modified Majors can get reimbursed for the cost of approved Culminating Experience Project expenses. Please read the instructions on how to submit a proposal for this funding.
Eligibility
This funding is available to all Film & Media Studies majors or modified majors with an approved culminating experience project proposal.
Uses and Parameters
This fund supports expenses directly related to a culminating experience project, as outlined in a project proposal. This fund is not to be used for general professional development purposes or for the purchase of textbooks or materials needed for classes. Honorariums for current students will not be approved as expenses. Expenses incurred or submitted after graduation are not eligible for reimbursement.
Reimbursements
The funds are distributed to students through a reimbursement process. Receipts must be submitted to the department administrator (scanned to a PDF), with the purpose of each expense clearly indicated. The receipts must show a vendor's name, date, payment method, and show that you are the payer of the expense.
Receipts for reimbursements must be submitted to the department administrator no later than Monday, June 1, 2026.
