Professor Williams presented a talk on "International Cooperation to Study and Preserve Media History: The Media Ecology Project" at the 6th International Education Forum of Shanghai University.
As part of International Courses Week of Shanghai University (June 19-29, 2018) Professor Williams taught a two-week intensive course entitled "How Hollywood Did It: A Brief History of US Film and Media" at Shanghai University.
He also established very promising connections with Shanghai University and its Shanghai Film Academy, directed by Chen Kaige.
