Professor Williams presents NEH-supported tool at DH2019

Professor Mark Williams and Dartmouth ITC's Lead Applications Developer John Bell introduced the Media Ecology Project’s NEH-supported Semantic Annotation Tool (SAT) at the Digital Humanities Conference in Ultrecht, the Netherlands.
