"Munchiez" explores themes of voyeurism, consumption, loneliness, addiction, guilt, trauma, and nihilism in a surrealist landscape of black and queer aesthetics. "Munchiez" will disorient and disturb audiences, distort their perception of time, and move them to contemplate the intersections of race, queerness, and food.

Years after a traumatic incident in a dance class, Cookie, a dancer, and Smiley, her former teacher, still struggle with their eating patterns. Smiley explores his relationship to food in psychotherapy sessions with Dr. Green, while Cookie does so in meetings with Seven and the Crow. Through a series of fantastical events, Cookie and Smiley must confront the past.
