[more]The Winter 2018 session of the Department of Film & Media Studies FSP program is under way in Los Angeles. Students have been working with Hilary Prentice '01, participated in an LA Murals walking tour (meeting Robert Vargas, who is painting the largest single mural in the world), and meeting with Gabriel Schlumberger '96. Dinner at Umami Burger was a must, of course. More updates soon!
[more]Barry Jenkins, writer-director of the Academy Award winning film Moonlight, discussed his work on the Spaulding stage and later in the Black Family Visual Arts Center with film students.
[more]Professor Jeffrey Ruoff will be the special guest at a screening of Algérie du Possible at Marlboro College on February 7th at 7PM. The screening will be followed by a discussion with the films director Viviane Candas.
