Filmmaker Lewis Klahr will introduce and discuss his film Sixty-Six in Screening Room 001 of the Black Family Visual Arts Center on April 3rd at 7PM. Hailed "one of the 10 best films of 2015," the feature-length animation Sixty Six is "a digital collage that sits at the intersection of mass culture and myth. Klahr masterly combines found images and sounds culled from old comics, ads, magazine layouts, songs and noises to form “an archaeology of the American unconscious.”
