Ciné Salon 2019 "Eternity" Program Begins

The Spring 2019 series ETERNITY will feature many films posted at Kanopy and provide for public screening at the cozy Howe's Mayer Room:
WINGS (1927), THE ASCENT (1977), THREE SONGS ABOUT LENIN (1934), and the incredible 10 episode adult French serial THE HOUSE OF MYSTERY (1921-23). Howe Library card holders can watch 8 films a month via Kanopy.  And anyone associated with the Dartmouth College community can stream as many films as they wish via their Dartmouth ID or the public use of Dartmouth Library computers-servers-online access.

Bruce Posner comments that "In particular for this specific instance, many of the film projects that began and were conceived by me as part of the Ciné Salon are now available on Kanopy; kind of extraordinary that the combined 194 films running 1545 minutes (25 hrs 45 mins) originated in that the little basement room screening room at the Howe."
