Film & Media Studies to Co-Sponsor Avant-Garde Film Screening

Film & Media Studies Professor Mark Williams will host and interview curator/historian/filmmaker Bruce Posner as he presents an introduction to his remarkable new Blu-ray Masterworks of American Avant-Garde Experimental Film 1920-1970. The program will highlight selections of rare artist's films newly restored by Posner and include several archival film restorations recently completed locally in collaboration with John Tariot and Carlos Dominguez.
